Birth Education Course

Childbirth education is a crucial component in helping to promote a positive outcome for the woman and her newborn.

This birth education course is specially designed to prepare you to be at your best for the birth of your baby.

During the course you will gain knowledge and understanding of the physiological process of labour and birth.

We will learn how to nurture our bodies through nutrition & exercise.

Knowing what an important role our minds play in our lives – we will learn new ways to approach the birth experience applying relaxation, visualization and affirmation techniques.

Together we will help your husband to understand what you need and how he can assist you.
We will gain insight into and understanding of how your baby's world is affected by you (special video viewing).

This course will teach you how to draw on your own individual well of strengths so you will feel confident and prepared for the birth of your baby.
